Omelet Dinner

Post by Bergy » Fri Jul 18, 2014 10:36 am

A perfect hot weather dinner. This time I added hot & spicy fresh oregano, parmesan and mushrooms - Delish

I agree, the last 2 photos are perfect ... Great job; and, delicious as well. Nothing better than an omelette!

I tend to overlook omlettes as a dinner option, and your photo reminds me how very tasty and easy they can be. That last closeup is especially nice. Love the colors.

Thanks Diane - I always say you can'r go wrong with an omelet

A thank-you disappeared to Lee, Bea, KC . I posted it yesterday. There were some weird things happening I guess.

Hi Bergy, :-H
I'm going to be the oddball here
I like the first and third photos
the best.
I think it's because you can see in the
first one the edges of the omelet
are just setting.
And I like the close up of the third
one.

Lee I am happy to hear you say that. The first was my favorite for your exact reason. Plus seeing all the mushrooms Thanks
