Turkey cutlet

Post by Bergy » Thu Jul 17, 2014 10:39 am

I had our first green beans from the garden and peas. I just steamed the veggies cooked some tofu pasta added Greek dressing. I may post the recipe for the cutlet - it was very simple. minimum panko crumbs, some parmesan salt & pepper served with salsa.

Recipe just posted

I'm about "souped" out!!! Tomorrow, it all goes into the freezer. Tonight, I'll do something with chicken tenders that I have thawed, and need to go ahead and cook them.....maybe just a hot BBQ sauce and sauté them. I have plenty of veggies to chose from, so that should be a no brainer.

I did pick up a 2 1/2 lb. bag of fresh cherries today at the market, so I know dessert will be Greek yogurt with lots of cherries mixed in. I just hate de-seeding them, but it'll be worth the effort.

Bergy....I don't consider that "uncouth" at all. I mean, like Hell, I do sit on the back steps and spit watermelon seeds. Are cherry pits of lesser stature? LOL

I don't think so    I might even eat watermelon, spit seeds, and sip a Martini all at once..... :D :D

Now Deepster you see If you are sipping a Martini it is definitely NOT uncouth to spit cherry pits simultaneously eating Greek Yogort! :D :D :D :D :D
