Cleaning out my Fridge Before The Cruise

This dish consisted of odds and ends that needed to be used
or tossed. Well you know me , I used.
Easter Turkey cubed,a few pieces of bacon fried and crumbled.
And made a cheese sauce to go with the leftover M & C.
