Oyster Dinner by Deepster & Galley_Wench

I was out shopping all day so I got the salad ready early AM, used a bought 5 minute Spinach Risotto, ready peeled baby carrotsand the oysters only take a minute. Result a great gourmet meal with no effort. Loved every bite!

That does look pretty decadent. Very nice. I love the oysters done that way. And, that risotto looks pretty good as well. Delicious!! I like #3 and #4 for me.

Thanks to all of you for your comments.

Deepster something doesn't have to be complicated to be gourmet and this dinner, especially the oysters and salad was gourmet Mmmmm great combinationof tastes. The other nice thing was it was no effort after my day of shoppping.

That black bean salad looks right up my alley! Very nice dinner! I loved all the pics, made my mouth water.
