I love quesadillas. Yes, pass one over; and, #2 for me, sorry. I just love the close up.
Sour cream for me ... every quesadilla in my menu has sour cream, lol.

Seriously, looks delicious! That would easily be my dinner!

I make them often. Sometimes for brekkie, lunch, snack, for my son; or for dinner. Yes, you can add anything. Love them.

Those look delish. And, on the grill, grill pan, or grill which i love.

When my son stops over, it is the only thing he wants to eat. Bacon, chicken, cheddar, and hot BBQ sauce, usually I add some onion. Or, ham cheddar and onion. Either or for him.
