Cheesy Egg and Asparagus Scramble

Post by Kchurchill5 » Wed Apr 23, 2014 7:18 am

Well, this was supposed to be an omelette, but I got distracted, so it was a scramble. Asparagus leftover from Easter, scallions, farm eggs, and provolone. I also added fresh dill and chervil.

Great sounding combination. I would scramble for that for a Sunday Brunch.
Very nicely portrayed

Thank you. It wasn't all that pretty; but, very tasty. I finished it off with cantaloupe for dessert. I do enjoy brekkie for dinner now and then. And, this was a good way to finish off that asparagus.

It tasted the same Shapes ... and, like all of us ... I do love breakfast now and then for dinner.

Thx. The butter was actually homemade, w/honey. I keep some in the freezer for on toast or biscuits. It was pretty good with the eggs. The farm eggs were so good too.
