Leftover Ham

Post by Bergy » Tue Apr 22, 2014 10:36 am

I did a stir fry of peppers, onions, mushrooms and cubed ham. Made a light garlic sauce, cooked some tofu pasta and there was a delish dinner. The rest of the ham is portioned and vacuum sealed in the freezer

How good does that look. Love it. I love the look of #2, but a tad dark. #1 is perfect. That sounds so delicious. And, love the sauce too. Nice dinner!
