Easter Dinner
Since it was so nice out, my friend and I decided to change my recipes.
Did, a mustard herb marinade, then grilled the lamb
The spuds, white and sweet in a foil pouch with a garlic herb s/p blend; a little oil and butter
Asparagus, foil pouch w/garlic oil, lemon pepper, and squeezed grilled lemon
To start, my friend marinated baby artichokes in olive oil, lemon, garlic, and oregano. Then, will grilled them. Served with a lemon aioli
Sorry, no pic of the appies. I was busy cooking the main course. I was lucky to get 2 pics of my main plate. And, a big fuzzy too, sorry.

There was a little shallot in the potato pouch as well. The sweet spuds were softer, so as you ate them, they started to mash a little bit. A perfect mix with the butter. Went great with the lamb.

Thx, I was lucky to get these pics; my friend was already eating; but yes ... pink. It was good. And, I love lamb on the grill too - why I had to change my recipe. But, still good. I didn't even use a fork, just pick them up, lol.
The spuds were so soft and creamy, they just sort of mashed when I ate them. A good combo.
Thx so much. I really had to improvise cooking on the grill, but ... it was so nice out. Hard not to.
A glass of wine tastes so much better out there,

Thx Bergy, that one piece standing up was a smaller double piece. I left that as is. It was good, kudos to me, lol.
Re: Easter Dinner
A beautiful Easter meal! We had plans to do a family grill on Saturday but came a couple days of snow and not one of us dedicated enough to be out in the cold wet white stuff - did all indoors. That has me enjoying your awesome photos all the more!

Re: Easter Dinner
Gerry, I originally thought the lamb roasted with a breading top and roasted spuds; but, with the nice weather ... out to the grill.
I think both would of been equally the same. With FL weather, we are always changing cooking methods with PM showers. but, yes, if it was snow ... I can see the need for inside.
And Thank you! Hey, as long as we all had a good time ... that is all that matters, right?
