Low Carb Easter
I kept it to under 80g carbs per plate including dessert! And she even liked it!

#recipe124 (I made garlic-herb butter for them)

I also made my #recipe3702 and a baked custard recipe from Dlife.com (no picture, we haven't gotten into it yet because we're stuffed).. Served with crescent rolls out of a tube.

Beautiful photos! You did a fantastic job making a healthy meal look that awesome, your glazed salmon is beautufully done. I agree the photos of the vegetable bundles are exceptional! I find those Vegetable Bundles always impress whenever I serve them.

Agreed with all. What a great dinner that you would think is low carb. I love the veggie bundles too; just because they are so colorful. But, everything looks delicious! I'm glad Mom was happy, she definitely should of been.

Felix,
That looks like a meal that anyone would
be pleased to sit down to.

Thank you all! I was really pleased with everything, especially with how tasty and festive it all was without being high carb. Added bonus, it was all either prep ahead or didn't take much time to make, so I was able to watch the Wings game (which started at 3:00) and still served dinner shortly after 6:00.
