Salmon Dinner

Post by Kchurchill5 » Sun Apr 20, 2014 6:36 am

Salmon, spread with equal parts horseradish and mayo, topped with Italian bread crumbs. I should of added dill but forgot. Then baked.
Zucchini, drizzled w/olive oil and a no salt seasoning blend. Cooked in a foil pouch
Broccoli slaw with a seasoned rice wine vinegar, and a dab of plain yogurt.

Simple and easy.

Thx B, I should of cut the salmon open, it was perfect medium and pink. I was just too hungry. I always think after the fact, lol.

But thank you. It was tasty. I love the salmon because it is really 4 ingredients and takes just a few minutes - easy peasy. we all like that
