Dinner with Derf & Mikekey

A lovely tasty Good Friday dinner. Derf's scallop recipe is a favorite and I have made it many times. I love Mikekey's recipes and this rice recipe is TDF. I used mini sweet peppers fot his Snap peas & pepper recipe. I cut all the recipes back to 2 servings. Mmm dinner.

That first photo is nice Bergy, I think it would benefit with a little more side angle. Nice job on them all!

The peppers cut that way, sure made the plate! What a pretty looking meal! I would love to try this! Gorgeous Bergy!
