Garlic, herb and lemon marinated chop; carrots, celery, shallots, and chervil; and, freezer stash - couscous w/chick peas. I added lemon and Greek seasoning to that.
Unfortunately my stove was tied up and pouring rain, I had to broil, which left the chop colorless; but, it tasted good. The other side of the chop looked much better - I didn't look, lol.

Thx B - I know, I only took 4 shots. The chops other side was so much better. Guess I was just hungry. It is a marinade from another site, but a new feature didn't allow me to find it. I need to post it here. It has roasted garlic which is really yummy. I will find and post.
But thank you, it did taste good; and, it was very easy.

Re: Pork chop dinner
Thx guys. I do appreciate it. I definitely got enough our of my couscous dish. I had it first night about 3 weeks ago. I added 1/2 with the chick peas plain.
I made a salad with the plain. Then, had the leftover with the chick peas tonight.
And for lunch 2 days later ... I added grape tomatoes, Feta and basil for another small dish. Definitely something I would do again.
