Turkey Egg Salad

Post by Bergy » Sat Apr 12, 2014 4:13 pm

Had a bit of turkey left over from Tuesday's dinner, boiled a couple of eggs - added a mini cuke, tomato and sweet onion over a bed of lettuce = Mmm salad

Even though I like all the photos,

I am leaning towards #2 also.
When I saw this post I thought you were making your egg salad out of turkey eggs! ;)

Another #2. Nice light on it. Looks like a light and simple salad.

That's one delicious looking salad, Bergy. I think every pic can stand on its own!

Strange, I never thought about turkeys laying eggs. I don't know where in the recesses of my mind I thought the birds came from.... :D We have wild turkeys all over the place here. I love the birds!!
