Turkey Egg Salad

Had a bit of turkey left over from Tuesday's dinner, boiled a couple of eggs - added a mini cuke, tomato and sweet onion over a bed of lettuce = Mmm salad

Strange, I never thought about turkeys laying eggs. I don't know where in the recesses of my mind I thought the birds came from.... We have wild turkeys all over the place here. I love the birds!!
