I had all bits and pieces of this and that so I chopped it all up, put it in a thin pita and called it lunch

Always have thin pita or pocket breads on hand. A perfect lunch. Easy to throw a few things together. Very nice!!

I love doing things like that also! My mom just gave me her still in the box quesadilla maker. I am using up lots that way!
Great pic Bergy too, looks nice in the sunlight. Makes it look more like a lunch!
