Saturday Burger

I had intended making turkey burgers for supper, but accidently took beef hamburger out of the freezer, sooo beef burger with some gouda cheese with hot pepper in it stuffed inside the meat. with tomato slices and lettuce, relish and dejon mustard, turned out delicious. no recipe, will be making the turkey burger i tagged next week

I agree the last two are wow and really seel the burger.
Question: where do you find yellow gouda cheese, all I have ever seen is off white unless it is aged over 3 years?

Oh Gawd that looks so good with the cheese oozing out. I love burgers stuffed with cheese. The pepper in the gouda sounds like heaven.
