Willow's chicken breast sauteed with orange
Subtle fresh orange flavour, a little on the tart side, delicious
Easy to put together, one to be made often I've had this one printed out for several weeks and finally made it for supper last night, mmm should have made in sooner, really luscious

Yes, I agree really looks like a great meal. I never would have thought to add orange to chicken! Great idea Willow. What happened to her? Where has she been? Illness? Miss her. She always had great looking pics!
Those pics are just wonderful!

Thanks, Derf for trying the recipe and thanks, Dissie for missing me.
I received an email notification about the review, so that's why I'm here. I'm rarely on zazz anymore, my spinal surgery from April, 2012 was a complete success and I healed right on schedule (although the 8" of spinal fusion took almost a year to heal), but I still have a ways to go with the post-surgical rehab. Between trying to work a limited schedule, do my "formal" therapy and my "informal" therapy at home, I'm left with little time and energy to do only absolutely necessary things. I was totally on leave from work and home almost 100% of the time for more than 6 months, so that's how I was able to cook so much and take so many photos. I'm determined to stick with the rehab until I can get back to being as much like my pre-surgery days as possible!
