Creamed Eggs on Toast

This really easy dish can fit into breakfast, brunch, lunch, or lite dinner menus. If you have hard boiled eggs, it's quick prep too! Comfort food for sure. Sometimes I sprinkle crumbled bacon on top.

Thanks Dissie! I tell myself that if I use low-fat milk to make the cream sauce, I can eat it more often. :lol:

Magazine quality photo, just beautiful. I love eggs but I don't like hot hard boiled. Isn't that weird? Your photo makes me want to change that and try the recipe :roll:

Bergy, if you don't like hard boiled ... since, the yolks pretty much become part of the cream, the whites are the only part you may notice. Maybe, if you just mashed them up more, you wouldn't necessarily notice them as much. Just a thought!
