Leftover Chicken Spaghetti

Now, this was using up leftovers.

The sauce ... was frozen but made up of my garden tomatoes. So, a mix of yellow and red tomatoes, garlic, red pepper flakes, olive oil, and s/p. A very basic sauce, simmered and smashed lightly. Skins were left on. A pretty rustic sauce. Made and frozen until later.

Then I tossed cooked chicken (also freezer from a roasted whole chicken) with black olives, shallots (thin sliced) and white wine, and the sauce. Heated until warm. Tossed with pasta (also frozen) leftover from another meal; and finished with Feta.

Creamy Greek dressing with crushed croutons over romaine; nothing fancy here.

All are just lovely, but #3 is perfect. Looks delicious.

It was a great way to use up 3 freezer items! But thank you. Easy dinner.

CSW still owns the crown, but I do love to NOT throw anything out. I got dinner, 2 small bowls for lunch and a small bowl for my neighbor. Not bad for leftovers.

Those can't be called leftovers,
