I am posting this recipe tonight.

The base is a veggie fried rice, but I added pork to mine. I took 3 different recipes I liked and combined them. It was excellent.
(carrot, rice, celery, water chestnuts, mushrooms, scallions, rice, bean sprouts; and tonight I used pork - but it would work with chicken or shrimp too. Sesame oil, canola oil, oyster sauce, and some basic seasoning)

Sorry for the lack of photos ... someone forgot to charge the camera. This pic is with all the veggies, rice and the eggs; I'm sorry you can't see the eggs, I just mixed them in to cook and then my camera died ... they are still on the bottom, but they are there. The only thing not added was a little soy sauce; and then I ate. So this is all that came out.

My favorite Chinese place has what they call a house fried rice. It has pork chicken and shrimp which would be delicious. They also add a little Chinese cabbage which would be really good too.

I'll try that next time. This was just up leftovers which worked well.
