Baked Lemon & Garlic Fish

Easy tasty recipe. Takes minutes to put together and the end result is a lovely moist, tasty fish. I used a rock fish (snapper)

I have so much trouble cooking fish, but yours looks wonderful! :o :D

Thanks Tisme. It did come out so lovely & Moist. I also love recipes that paint the fish with mayo - no fail moist every time. Just add whatever spices you want to the mayo.
