Tisme's Apple, Carrot & Pork Burger

This is a healthy burger with the low meat high veggie content. I love apple with pork. I cut the recipe in half and got 3 large patties. Used wonderful yellow tomatoes - they are so sweet. For an additional topping I used slices of fresh apple. I liked the burger but felt it needed something to spark it up like perhaps a bit of chili or cajun spice. I pan fried some onions to have on the side. I will make it again adding some spice.

Thanks Bea. If you see these yellow tomatoes anywhere buy them. They are the closest to garden fresh & tasty.

Thanks for the lovely photo Bergy.
I have those tomato's growing at the moment, I also have them in a cherry and cherry pear variety. They are a lovely tomato!
