Banana Apple Buckwheat Loaf

I made this into a loaf instead of muffins and it turned out perfectly delicious. I cooked it for 30 minutes on middle shelf and then brought it up to the top shelf to cook for another 10 minutes. This will be made again for sure.

I'm in love with quickbreads I wish I had a dollar for every recipe I've made cause I'd be wealthy :lol: Seriously yours looks great!

I have been trying to find buckwheat for a recipe for ages! Still can't find it! :? :(
