Me too Judy! DH made ham steaks the other night ...with nothing no sauce or anything just the steaks and salad. I struggle with meat at the best of times, so I didn't eat the ham steaks ...just the salad.....BUT.... Bergy this recipe has sold me, a must try over summer for me!
Great photo's you make those ham steaks look so tasty and enticing !

I'm jealous, Bergy. My Siggi had a kidney transplant on 12/15/15 after yrs of dialysis & has been salt-restricted since. So I have to be very selective about picking recipes that are low-salt. Sometimes I treat myself to something he can't eat, but a whole ham is out of the question & they don't even cut ham steaks here.
