Slow Cooker Sauerkraut Casserole

This looks messy but tasted delicious. There is no recipe! I started out to use a certain recipe but what I thought was in the cupboard was not UGH! I was missing a key ingredient! I was ready to put it all in the crock pot and not about to go to the grocery store. So I improvised and this never to be repeated dinner was created.
