Left over mash and Mac and Cheese

Post by Tisme » Fri Nov 10, 2017 11:04 pm

I had some left over mash potato from a recipe and also had some mac and cheese left from making ImPat's wonderful ~ Mac & Cheese recipe again. http://www.recipezazz.com/recipe/mac-cheese-26340

I made some balls with left over mac and cheese and some with the potato, I made my own breadcrumbs and fried them. I think I have only ever fried food twice in my life, so I was very impressed with myself! ;) :D

I served these with my own homemade roast tomato relish http://www.recipezazz.com/recipe/roast- ... lish-25942
and sour cream.
These were devoured in minutes!
Sorry I do not no which photo is which, I got them mixed up. :?

I honestly can't choose a favorite as they are all so beautiful!!! You did a perfect job on frying them & photographing the result.

Thank You so much Bergy.
I am not good at frying, the first ever time I did it (a few years back now) I ended up in emergency because I spilled hot oil on my hand and down my arm. I have been ever so cautious ever since. :?

Thanks Bea. They were really good considering they were made from leftover's. :)
