Sue Lau's Brat Taco
Post

Easy. straightforward delicious recipe. I used medium sized corn tortillas and they barely reached around the sausage. They may not look so good but they sure tasted Mmmm. Next time I will use large tortilla. I added some guacamole to the tacos

Right on Bea. but I did cheat with the guacamole - You can now buy a package with 4 small containers instead of one big one. It is really good guacamole too - spicy with actual little chunks of avocado so you know it is the real thing.

It was something they used to make at one of the festivals north of here. I haven't been in years. It's about 90 minutes up and another 90 back as the bird flies.
