Butternut Squash With Grapes and Mushrooms

I love the grapes with the squash.I didn't have quite enough red grapes so I threw in a few green ones. I was going to take off 1 star because I found the bake time needed was only 30 minutes but perhaps I cut my squash smaller sod because the flavour and appearance was so lovely I left it at a deserved 5 stars.

Looks so wonderful Bergy!
Would never ever thought of roasting grapes with mushrooms and squash.... but it does look delicious.

Thanks for posting the beautiful photos, Bergy. Unfortunately, I can no longer make this dish, due to the high potassium in the squash. My hubby is on a restricted diet.
