Thanks so Much Bergy.
Yes my DH was very annoyed that he couldn't enjoy more of them.
He is a diabetic and any time I make something sweet, he gets really annoyed, because I tell him he can only have a little.
Hence I don't make sweet things much any more and hide the chocolate biscuits when I buy them. ;)
Good for you - You deserve a little sweetie every once in a while so go for it. Now if this was Flan, or even Apple pie that I could go for. Mmmm
 ... I have been on the sweet train for a few weeks now Bergy, don't know why...... midlife crisis maybe????
DH was disgusted with what I made yesterday. I made a beautiful chocolate cake and I got asked why I can't make something he can eat.
But I could go an apple pie also, even apricot.... YUMMO.
Ohh my gosh I will be stacking on the weight! I gotta stop! ;)

This is one old but great recipe Bea.
A friend just told me about a gluten free version of this recipe, so I am going to try it next week.
