"Mrs Dash" is a ready made spice blend - there are several types available . I like all of them.

Thx Diana. The Mrs Dash Table blend is I believe the first of the Mrs Dash line. There are quite a few good spice blends.

Not a big fan of crucifious (?) veggies, makes me gassy, but your photo makes me want to try this recipe.

Mrs. Dash seasoning blends are all salt-free. The table-blend is ground fine so you can season anything right at the table. Most of the rest of the seasoning blends are coarser ground.
