Menemen Turkish Eggs
Post
by Bergy » Sun Oct 15, 2017 1:08 pm
This recipe goes right into my new "Private Favorites". It is delicious. The Yogurt/Garlic topper is the secret ingredient that makes this recipe special. I cut the recipe back to one serving & used fresh tomatoes (last of the season from the garden). Didn't have a red Chile pepper so used a jalapeño. This will be maqde over & over again.
