Salmon, Zucchini and Tomatoes

I made a couple of slight changes to this recipe only because of what I had on hand and this made for a fantastic dinner. I used a lemon herb spice mix instead of the oregano (I was all out) on the fish and I made the zucchini into "noodles" with my spiralizer and cooked as instructed.

That look delicious I wish salmon would come down in price it's more than beef!
