Sausage Stuffed Zucchini Boats

Post by Bergy » Sat Oct 07, 2017 11:14 am

This was a real treat. I didn't add any mozzarella over top and it was great even without it. I used Greenfield sausage meat and because it isn't spicy I added a teaspoon of Frank's Hot Sauce. The hour cook time was just right but I removed the foil for the last 20 minutes. Used Panko crumbs with Italian seasoning added.
My friend enjoyed it too and ate the whole serving.

Thanks RecipeGirl, Bea & Shapes. These were really tasty & the Zucchini still had some crunch left.
