I was away this week at a conference and hubby was fishing all week. Well I came home to a wonderful fish dinner. This was a combination of pickerel and bass and boy was it good.

Is that a cooked or raw pic of the fish? Sorry can't tell if its marinated or what, and the recipe wouldn't come up last night.

Lucky You - first for having this dinner all ready for you and secondly that you had Pickeral - my favourite fish. A friend's son brings pickerel out when he visits his Mom and she shares with me MMMMM Love the photo and I see that I love the recipe too.
