Dinner with Bea & Mikekey

Post by Bergy » Sat Sep 23, 2017 10:56 am

Two lovely recipes that go so well together. I couldn't find any Arctic char so used fresh wild Snapper. It was delicious. I love using Mayo on fish as it keeps the fish moist. None of the photos came out to do the fish justice.
Lovely Pine nuts with spinach and the touch of garlic MMMM. The Butter Beans were bought prepared. I had some leftover squash so added it to finish off this tasty dinner.
