I had a huge volunteer Butternut squash from the garden so used this recipe but cut the squash into bite size pieces. Baked 375 for 45 minutes.

I love butternut squash, the photos are making me hungry! Checked out your recipe, while I did a 'like' I don't see a review, suspect it's another review that got missed! I see butternut squash on my shop list, this is so perfect for fall!
