Derf's Bangers & Mash
Post
by Bergy » Sun Sep 17, 2017 11:23 am
There are lots of Potatoes & Gravy but that's okay because they will be used in future dinner. I used real Bangers made by local Butcher. A real comfort food recipe. You can't go wrong with a "Derf" recipe.
Peas & wonderful tomatoes right from the garden.
Derf's.

Right on Dissie. On my first visit to London I ordered Bangers & Mash in a Pub on Picadilly Square!!! Two great minds think alike.

Great photos. !!!
The first time I ever had " Bangers & Mash " was when my SO
and went to London in 2007. We stayed in Harrow on the Hill.
Thanks for bringing back some wonderful memories.
I wish I could find a good sub for the Bangers in TN.

Thanks Shapes. I don't know what to recommend. How about a mild Italian?
