You are spot-on about #2 photo. Beautifully staged, so clear. But the meal is the winner - that meat is so juicy, and gravy so rich and lustrous looking. Mmmm - can almost smell the onions. Nicely done!

If it tastes anywhere near how good it looks no wonder your SO wanted it for his Birthday Dinner- I especially like #2 & b#3. Mmmm Good
