Appetizer - Chopped Tomato Salad

Once again I made Linda's Chopped Tomato Salad (I love it) had it as a side dish with the omelet this morning and now I put a layer in a small oven proof bowl, added pieces of Monterey Jack cheese, baked 350 for 12 minutes and served with Melba toast crackers. Great Appie. The rest will be a side dish with dinner tonight
