8th. Night Two week Challenge(sort of )

This was the Mon. night before I went to the ER on Tues. of last week.
I had some leftover frozen hash browns and didn't want to do the same
boring casserole.
So I made Scalloped Potatoes.
I know in this photo they look like they have cheese in them ,but thy
don't.

I also took some boneless pork ribs cut them into cubes and
coated them in flour which was seasoned with
Bea's #recipe20668
and fried them like chicken.
