If I ate scallops those photo's would sell me for sure Bergy!
I must see if any of the family eat them, I have never tried to make them t serve here, as they do nothing for me............. but you never know with the others..... right? :?: I have never noticed anyone ordering them when we go out either. :?
If they do eat them..... I will give this recipe a go! :D

Thanks Tisme. I said to my friend after eating these that this is a really good recipe but for the price of sea scallops I would much rather have prawns.
