Slow Roasted Lemon Chicken & Corn On The Cob

All the photos are now reposted - I hope that they are showing!!!!!

This Slow Roasted Lemon Chick is really Fab - takes minutes to prep & then it just minds itself for an hour, change the temp and it is done. Moist, tender & delicious. I will be using this recipe a lot. Don't be alarmed by the amount of garlic - it is just right. Recipe is available (wow that was fast)
