We had company and we were going out for lunch so, as usual we had a sip of wine with an appie before going. I got carried away & forgot to snap photoUntil the last four lonely shrimp were left (they were snapped up right after I took these two photos.
The brandy sauce is wonderful - although it is intended for crab I thought it would go well on shrimp - it did. I am using left over sauce on fish. The second sauce was a Plumsauce with chile (Make as you go type of recipe)
Neat way to prepare the shrimp but I didn't get any photo.
