Derf's Ham Frittata

Post by Bergy » Tue Jul 04, 2017 11:04 am

So easy & very tasty. I didn't add the cheese. When I took the lid off the frittata was raised looking very fluffy - It soon collapsed but still had a very nice texture. We had this for dinner using up leftover ham. Make again for sure.

Very nice!
I love frittata.
In Argentina we call them tortillas.

Thanks Tisme. When I see it is a Derf recipe I know I'll love it. I still miss her -she was a very good friend.
