One Pan Dinner

Post by QueenBea » Sun Jun 25, 2017 6:04 pm

I put everything on a parchment paper line baking sheet for a no fuss no mess dinner and everything turned out deeeeeelish!!

This is as the title says very simple to make and tastes great. The cook time will vary depending on the thickness of the breast so make sure you cook it until juices run clear when poked with a fork. If you are not sure use a meat thermometer, take the breast out when thermometer reads 165 degrees Fahrenheit when inserted in the center of the breast. Do not wait until the thermometer reads 170 which is what the internal temperature of cooked chicken should be; it will continue to cook while resting and be dry.

This is a great tasting quick and easy cauliflower recipe we really enjoy.

I scaled the recipe down for 2 servings and sliced my carrots into rounds then roasted them for 30 minutes; they turned out perfectly. Great tasting side dish!!
