Potato and Leek Soup

Just the thing for winter! :)
Potato and Leek soup which I made last weekend.
I also had some leftover's in the fridge and made a delicious omelette using caramelized onions, mushrooms and camembert... sorry no recipe. :?
I have never made an omelette using an omelette pan before, it works quite well. :)

Ohhh thanks you so much Bergy.
The omelette is not as fluffy as I would have liked but still was a really nice meal. :)
