Steak, Mushrooms & Parsnips

Post by Bergy » Fri Jun 16, 2017 10:56 am

I don't have steak very often so i bought a lovely Tenderloin and it was tender. Always love parsnips MMM great dinner. The steak was 1 minute rarer than I usually have it - still tender and delish

Oh Bergy! That steak is perfect medium rare! And those vegetables look so good caramelized so beautifully. That would make a perfect Father's Day meal. Gives me an idea for my hubby for Sunday.

Lovely photo's Bergy.
My hubby would love that steak, where as I would walk a mile for those parsnips. They look so good! :)
I actually saw this recipe a few weeks back and thought about it, now after seeing your photo's I have saved the recipe to make! :)

thanks Tisme - Do try the parsnips I know you'll love them. It is so easy and so tasty. Allow some extra sauce & bake time with the sauce over the parsnips until they get golden (May be a bit longer than 15 minutes).

Its winter here, and I am off to buy some tomorrow. :)
You know I vary rarely bake parsnips... I really have one only recipe that I use.
Don't know what to serve them with...but then who cares, I probably can eat a plate of them on my own! ;)
If the family complain...I will blame you Bergy! ;)
