Sweet Potato Porridge

The photo is nothing special, just a quick snap before I packed it away for my lunch. I wanted to make sure to post this here because it is actually a very tasty recipe I want everyone to try

This is a recipe I got from my naturopathic doctor when I was recommended a anti-inflammatory diet; it is a great tasting healthy breakfast I really enjoy. Feel free to use other toppings such as dried fruit, nut butter, chia seeds, hemp seeds or any other fresh fruit or berries.

It is delish Bergy!! The coconut breaks up the smoothness of the sweet potato to give it a oatmeal consistency. You can top with any type of berry
