Oven BBQued Chops and Mashed Potatoes

This is delicious!!! I reduced the recipe down to 2 chops for DH and I made a few slight changes to this recipe by seasoning the chops with salt, garlic powder and onion powder then browning the chops in the cast iron pan before adding the sauce then cooking according to directions. I served this with mashed potatoes that we drizzled with the sauce in the pan and we devoured this. This will be made again and again.

You have made that chop so tempting Bea - especially in photo #2 but all three are winners.I love the sauce on the potatoes.
