This is great way to enjoy trout, the curry masks the fishy taste perfectly and the butter makes it so moist and juicy. Use you favorite curry powder; mild, medium or hot are all great with this type of fish

This is a nice side I like to serve with any curry main dish. It has lovely light Indian flavours

Thx Bergy Quinoa only turns out for me in the rice cooker. If I follow the stovetop directions it turns out like mush so I gave up trying to cook it that way
