Curry Trout and Quinoa with Raisins

This is great way to enjoy trout, the curry masks the fishy taste perfectly and the butter makes it so moist and juicy. Use you favorite curry powder; mild, medium or hot are all great with this type of fish

I love those photos - especially the first two. They are beautiful! I amnot fond of Quinoa but Iam willing to try this recipe because your photos make it look so good.

I am with Bergy on this, 1st 2 photos and the lack of fondness for Quinoa!

Thx Bergy :) Quinoa only turns out for me in the rice cooker. If I follow the stovetop directions it turns out like mush so I gave up trying to cook it that way :?
