TWO FIGS LEFT!

I had 2 figs left some Brie cheese and fruit bread I really needed to use up.
I sliced the figs and cheese, toasted the fruit bread, put it all on a plate and zapped it for a minute in the microwave, heated some honey and poured it over and seasoned with just a touch of salt and ground pepper..... OHH MY GOSH!
It was divine!
AND I just found/bought some more fresh figs this morning! ;)

How wonderfully tempting I love the stream of honey but my favorite of these lovely photos is the last one.
I am jealous that you can get fresh figs!

Fresh figs wow! here you have to out of your way just to get dried ones. Tisme you take the most lovely photos!

I had had this again this morning with ricotta instead. I am going to plant a fig tree this year .... I had one to plant (for 2 years)
but it died. BUT I have to plant 1 or 2 just for this recipe alone!
